Message	the seal as the bearing part of the clutch is mounting solid to the compressor housing. It will only wear the bearing in the compressor clutch itself. I would be more concerned that he is not adding the correct amount of oil back into the system/compressor or there is debirs in the system. www.Zspeedperformance.com
