| Some time ago Wright(CA) donated a set of throttle bodys to help me with a class project and I said I would post when finished. disclaimer: This project was completed in AutoCad2009, I just finished the "principles" class last week, teacher does not/will not instruct in 3D cad (that's a spring semester thing) This project took me 3 days from start to finish (school days, approx 3 hours/day) I had to teach myself CAD 3D while working on this. please view the drawing as a thing of progression, the housing was finished on day 1 (very low detail) butterfly assembly on day 2 (I missed the step down on the shaft, and forgot to thread the end) the rest of the linkage was finished on day 3 (I know I didn't finish the springs, but kinda ran out of time and omitted one teensy little piece) I also have the actual CAD file saved on disk to, so if you have access to CAD, I can email you the file and you can zoom in and see the threads and such. ">
Also, I didn't know how to turn a CAD drawing into an image, so I scanned a print out. Next semester I get to learn MasterCam and will focus on just the throttle body housing. Thanks again to Wright(CA)
