Yes, the customer is paying 95 an hour for shop warranty, rent, wages, tool leases etc etc. But if its a non Z shop, what exactly is that customer paying for? non Z expertise, when the END product is EXACTLY the same. A local Z owner went to a shop this summer to get his aux fan fixed since his NA was overheating when he put the AC on. The shop "fixed" his issue, then he parked his car in front of his girlfriends house, took a shower, came out, saw this

Around here, as you are aware, we hold each other accountable. If you mess up something, you are held to it.
