i agree :) plenum pull is definitely quick. but i just find it amusing how people love to boast about how fast they are. i mean, of course after doing a few plenum pulls on your own car, it's going to be easy - way less chance of seized bolts, got it down to a science, etc. but you can't expect a shop to be so quick with their work, and frankly i wouldn't want them rushing. also, an engine swap being done by a (assuming, non-z) shop will unlikely have all the deletes done. so it may take them time to figure out the vac. lines and such when done. either way, if john(md) can do it all in 4-5 hours, ship it to him and pay him $500 :-)
