Message mostly tons of fairly dry snow which compacts down in the driving lanes and makes the streets and intersections a skating rink. We see wet heavy snow in late spring, it can be a mess for a couple of weeks.

We are fairly fortunate that our city crews here don't use much salt, mostly sand/gravel mix. It gets too cold here for salt to be very effective, although we get a fair share.

Again, I'll state that the Z is a perfectly decent winter car... provided you have proper tires & driving skills.

Regards,

My Zs are hybrid vehicles, they run on gasoline and money

I'm off to wax mine and go for a drive now.
