Message	you don't have an even moderately coherent stance on this. "removing the dissipation material completely" what does this even mean? Casting flash is not "dissipation material". Hes not talking about weight reduction, hes talking about removing insulation (aluminum) between the intake charge and the oh so cool post radiator on top of turbos, block, and exhaust air that you are hoping will cool your intake charge.
