apparently just his physical insurance card was expired not the coverage itself ...
i went to get pics at the tow yard today and have been fighting with this guys insurance company as he says he had a green light... well, I had the green arrow, he had a red light and i was in the only legally allowed u turn lane, aside from the fact it was coned and barricade off to not allow southbound traffic
anyways the other guys insurance field appraiser was there right before i got there and basically said it was totaled and you can kinda see that... when u open the hood( dunno why i didnt get a pic) the passenger strut tower is pushed against the engine. so waiting on the police report but talked more with the claim adjuster and sent my insurance adjustor all my pics ( these posted here and then some 20 more that just re-iterate the whole accident didnt want to spam the board TOO much) to do a business with business share or whatever its called as i cannot directly email the other party's insurance adjusters....and they might go ahead and assume liability with out police report based on pics and statements otherwise it will be a couple weeks before police report is released. i HAVE to move my car out of the apache sands lot and really have nowhere to put it or have enough money or any way to get it towed there if i did, something called mitigating responsibility and they wont pay past a few days of it being in there its already at 106 dollars and cuz tommorrows thanksgiving, friday it will be 136. 16 bucks a day..
anyways i could go on and on about this bullsh*t but i gotta make it to work by 6am so..yah

thanks for all your support and responses.
