onramp. Accelerated hard until I started boosting and lifted to shift early only to find it was stuck. I got my foot under the accelerator and pulled it back up just after I bounced off the rev limiter a few times.
I always assumed it was a combination of excessive blow by and the pipe being looser than intended. Does that pipe have one of those bottle brushes in there? It would certainly make the neccessary pressure drop to achieve this more plausible.
