Message	we have reached an agreed solution. Take the reduced price Stillen Bar and pursue a refund from ultimate Z. This allows him to get a new "real" Stillen Swaybar before that deal gets away, and maybe a refund from Ultimate Z. I think that it is apparent that Stillen is trying and is willing to be more than fair in this issue. Hopefully Ultimate Z will make good on the deal.
