A friend of mine was telling me just last night that he declined to run with a Civic and some other car that challenged him on the highway; then all he saw were tail lights as they took off. He came over the next hill to find parts scattered all over the road from both cars. Sounds like the Civic you saw would have shed parts without an impact. ;-P
