Message	it has multiple holes and slots on it, i dremeled out the slots to align with the Jspec holes on on the bumper.. then inserted plastic screw receptors on the bumper so that the plate mount could be screwed into the bumper without putting holes in the bumper. Cost about 8 bucks to do and took 10 minutes. Had to cut some screws down to length, wish the frame would sit lower, but better than Zip-Ties!!
