You already said it, it was offered, which meant that someone else thought it warranted the action - Don't you think? If you think I'm "just busy", and should magically open up the ability to do this shit you're kidding yourself.
I'm a swing-shift person, so when I get off nothing, nothing is open. I asked because I imagined someone local might have even had one, but a member far away offered.
The fact is that I dropped TWO bolts last night, spent an hour finding and retrieving one, at 3 in the morning, and much longer trying to locate the 2nd. Pulling the other out is, as you might imagine, a last resort. Members barking off things like "just use a torch", or "buy all new OEM" when they know nothing about the person or their situation, and not answering the question is ridiculous. The internet is full of enough ass-hat snide commenting.
I don't know if you realize, but my original question was simply if anyone could tell me the size of the fuckin bolt so I *could* go to the hardware store and purchase it, someone offered and I took them up on it. Period.
