The DW injectors require a tune the same as nismo or any other brand of over sized injectors. The impetus is on you and the company you purchase your off the shelf tune from to get the tune for the right injectors. most companies will assume nismo injectors if you don't specify otherwise when ordering the tune because they are way more popular. basically if the tune is the problem, it's either your fault, or the company you purchased the tune from if they know what injectors you are using and didn't give you the right tune. It's not DW's fault under any circumstance, I'm pretty sure they never claimed that their injectors don't need to be tuned for, or that they are the exact same as nismo's.
