Message The fuel pressure will always eventually drop below idle pressures which is the differential of the vaccum at idle.. approx 33psi I believe (@ idle).

If the car is off and the fuel pressure bleeds down. There is no voltage to the fuel pump, even if the CAS is turned.

So you are saying that if the fuel pressure has bled down to 0psi and IGN is off (key out), and I take the CAS and turn it by hand. That the voltage from the battery, will pass through the relay, activating the fuel pump to increase fuel pressure?

There would be no voltage to get to the fuel pump to prime it if the IGN is off. If I turned the motor over by hand, (which would turn the CAS), it would not activate voltage signal to the fuel pump if the car IGN is off.

Maybe I am misunderstanding you..

NO, This picture is not photoshopped. It took many times to take this picture. Setting up the timer, shutter speed etc, then jumping on my bike and getting the tire to spin.
