Subject	leaking steering rack?

Message	i have a leak at the rubber boot on my steering rack, on the passenger side. i noticed a few drops of fluid on my driveway and the rubber boot is soaked. does this mean i need a new steering rack and pinion? if so, if there an faq on how to install it? is it better to buy a remanufactured rack and pinion?
