Message	I was under the impression that the cars had 2 antenna's, one the one on the side and one integrated into the back window. Because of this you can remove and cover the one on the side of the car and still get radio reception. If that is the case it my be easiest to just disable the auto extend on the side antenna and use the one in the back window.
