Message	All those cars have extreme amounts of money being spent on them to test aero items, many even do wind tunnel testing. The fact that only his car flipped means something caused it, like wind going under the car and creating an updraft. The lambo probably failed for many reasons. The chute could have opened up improperly because it wasnt packed right and then causing the car to dart off, cross winds could have caused loss of control, or many other things. The fact is a spoiler would have not done squat, or even would have put more force on the back causing more wind under the front end ultimately resulting in no steering/loss of control.
