Subject	Which motor oil do you use?

Message	I have a 95' Nissan 300zx NA. Currently I use 10W30 Castrol Syntec, which is a full synthetic motor oil. What brand and weight do you guys use? Full synthetic, synthetic blend, or conventional? I have been trying to decide on the best "weight" to use in my 300. Should I use 5W30, 5W40, etc? Also do you guys change weight with the different seasons? Like using 10W30 in the Winter and 5W30 during the summer, or stick with the same year round? Thanks! James.
