Message	bolts to the bottom of the inner bumper (the aluminum tube between the fog light buckets) with the same two bolts that hold the air guide to it. With the center panel off you gain access to these bolts through two rectangular holes at the top of the air guide. You can see those two rectangular holes at the top of each air guide in this pic: These holes are large enough to insert a box end our gear wrench through. . . Chance favors the informed
