Message So the topic of Z exhausts has been discussed up and down a zillion times on this and other forums and as someone who has been in the market for a new one for some time and been a Z owner for almost 18 years, there are some things I dont get. We have pretty much 4 main choices for quality systems - B&B, SZ, Labree & HKS. For all of them I hear the same complaints - they are too loud. Especially with the B&B but also increasingly with the SZ & Labree. The solution is always - get resonated X pipes or test pipes (more $) - which dont always fix the issue. Having an old school & much-loved Stillen system on my silver Z, it seems evident that all that is needed is the use of a larger muffler. The old Stillen has a nice aggressive but responsible sound - no buzz at 3K rpm and you wont set off alarms. SZ & Labree both use super-small Sebring mufflers - why not offer a different larger muffler option for those who want the performance but dont want the noise? I cant believe that their costs could be much higher doing so and they could tap into a new happy (older) customer base. Also, why doesnt anyone offer a nice single tip option anymore? SZ's single tip "oval" option is UGLY and I dont remember seeing one Z on this forum sport one. If you knew your tip was not popular with your audience wouldnt you think you may want to switch things up and maybe offer a nice 4" round bullnose option or something? We have awesome TT.net vendors that provide great products and seem to have the pulse of Z owners in mind in most regards - I just wish that there were some new exhaust options for those who want a quality system but dont want to wake the neighbors....

Am I the only one who has had this on their mind?
