Message What I have seen with these coilovers and any other coilover is people slamming the car down, and preloading the springs and ruining the ability of the shock to properly dampen rebound and compression.

I have the tein Flex and EDFC and I think they are awesome if anything I think they are kind of soft for true track use I would upgrade the spring rates if I planned to use it on the track more often.
