Based off of the comps I found. The cars either had more done than mine, or had lower miles. The ONLY thing I can think of as a bargaining chip is the "labor" involved for the "shop" to take the old parts off the old car and put them on the new one. If it's the intention of insurance to correctly compensate "like-for-like" then I would think that labor if anything should be a factor. There will be a towing cost involved with moving the vehicle to said shop as well.
