Unless you can get the proper air movement through all of the intercooler's fins, you're got getting the benefit you think you are...in fact, the parts of the ic that aren't getting good air throughput will likely heat soak and work against the parts that are getting good flow-through. My concern isn't with the front of the ic, its the pathway the air follows out the back of the ic and out of the car. Anybody have a pic of the back of the cooler while its mounted in the car?
