Message	You said your 16 yr old was going to get the Murano and I thought about this old skit... It was about people who give their kids cars and the kids not appreciating them, so his solution was to give them a Ford Pinto (exploding gas tank issues), a good insurance policy and a fire extinguisher... wait for the inevitable (kid crashes car, extinguisher puts out the subsequent fire and insurance covers the damage) and then make them pay for their next one.
