Message but there are still some smaller towns that don't have it. In Texas, anything over 1% Ethanol is required by law to have stickers on the pumps saying "may contain ethanol" or "up to 10% ethanol". The plus side: C16 still is ethanol free. :) heheh... (even though it has a lot of water attracting ingredients too)
