Message	Washer and Dryer are brand new, housewarming from mom & dad -- almost all the appliances are circa 2004 when the whole house was renovated -- new electrical, plumbing, kitchen, floors, bathrooms, A/C, heating, etc.... We got the home warranty with the purchase, if something does go out, it'll be replaced. But there is still a bit of work to do in the yards, major painting going on now, spraying for bugs, etc.... Will give you guys an update when we move in at the end of the month! J
