Yep for the most part. Nissan doesn't sell just the caps for the heads and if they did you'd spend a little fortune getting the machine work done.
1. Grind caps 2. Tq to head 3. Measure cam journals 4. Bore cam tunnel 5. Line hone cam tunnel 6. Check concentricity per each came tunnel bore 7. Hone for clearance
That's what's entailed to do the job right. Mind you that's if you had a set of caps.
