Yesterday I was cleaning the car for storage. Took out the battery just so I could clean down there. Noticed that the two nipples on the tray had no drain holes. Isn't there supposed to be drain holes there for evacuating any possible battery acid? Or are these OEM batteries so good that nothing comes out - seems like that's been my lucky case! Also, my next oil change is coming up in mid November - current oil has about 1,000 miles of Mobil-1. So, since I'm storing for the season, do I forget the oil change until the car comes out in April 2011 or go ahead and change oil then store. I know the safe route is to change it, but am I potentially hurting anything by waiting another 6 months?
