Message I was hoping that there was a way they'd let you fold the large box enough to fit like a cylinder head or something in it, but it's not big enough :( There's always a catch.

I think some of the smaller ones actually limit you to 35lbs, but not sure. All I know is that the iron manifold I shipped someone was like 22lbs and only cost me $13 to ship. I was allowed to "massage" the box shape a box, but she said I couldn't break the corner seals - other than that I could do whatever (without adding more box pieces). So either USPS flatrates or small Texas town post offices FTMFW
