So instead of some crappy rebuild you want to buy new CHRAs, but don't know how/can't spend the time doing the work. If EPR's tearing it apart and reassembling it anyway, they could just coat and put in the new ones. You get the benefit of the coating service and CHRA install for just $100/side? Not bad! (Of course, this goes on the assumption that he'd go for it)
