Subject	T-tops: Can this part be removed from the top side?

Message	I know it's late but I don't have access to the Z and was hoping for an answer by morning. I seem to recall there being screws accessible from the top but I don't know if the under lining needs to be removed. Got a local parting out a mint one but doesn't want me to touch the inside for some odd reason. Thanks in advance! Center black piece between the T-Tops.
