| OP asked for recommendation on manifolds you're the one recommending going straight turbos instead, which cost $2k+, instead of manifolds. the rest of us are making a point that, turbos and manis go hand in hand, and if he was to get turbos like you said, he should still definitely get manis. you argue that stock manis are held back by stock turbos, it's actually the other way around, stock turbos are held back by stock manis. Manifolds comes first in the intake/exhaust tract, so the dependency is actually the other way around. then, you claim that stock manifolds suffice for reaching certain horse power goals. yes they reach them, efficiently? not by a mile. adding manifolds to a good set of turbos not only increase the peak by a good margin, but also shifts the power curve to the left, which equates to higher tq/hp range at a lower rpm. But besides peak numbers, all the above clearly doesn't matter to you, which would matter to 99.99999% of the rest of us here, so why are you chiming in again?
