as if the dutch I meet and talk to enjoy speaking english, almost as if it is a chance to show off, lol. But being face-to-face with someone and asking them to communicate in a foreign language is different than going to a website and leaving messages in that language, no matter how many folks are well-versed in english, to me it simply feels like an uncooth thing to do. I'll maybe make a simple post there than won't trip up a translator site. Unfortunately taking on german classes, and continuously trying to improve spanish on top of my other interests doesnt leave much room to learn dutch, which sucks because I typically cross the border into the netherlands whenever I need to get something done or find something I need. Yes it is on a monday. I am taking the day off, not hard to do in my line of work which is lucky for me. I may have a couple friends come in other cars, but they haven't committed to it yet.
