Message	put an na front bumper on your tt, unless you have a front mount intercooler or plan on cutting holes for the side mounts! IMO unless you are getting it for really cheap don't do it. Just buy a new or used tt front fascia, good excuse to buy a 99 jspec :] and just find a good body shop to do all of your welding!
