inlet side completely, so the only way for air to enter the IC's surface area comes from the bumper's OEM vents. However I've added additional vents on the fenderwell to allow air to exit the discharge area easier. To the cooling system I've also isolated the center section of the bumper to the sides since my thoughts were to force air flow into the oil cooler/AC coil/radiator instead of letting it run into the fenders, but this is just my own crazy idea and so far I've seen a cooling temp decrease by 5-8 degree at an outside temp of 90+ with average traffic flow. Thanks for explaing this, now I have a better undertanding.
