Message	I like mine but I'd suggest putting some locktite on the threads for the bolt that pins the shifter to the gear lever. They include a lock washer and a lock nut but mine backed off a bit. I put some locktite on the threads and there's been no issue since. You may have to readjust the tightness of that bolt too if it feels too stiff. That's an issue with all shifters though.
