I reinstalled my old Fidanza short shifter because I`m getting tired of the sloppy feeling of the stock shifter. I did a Google search and a search here as well on the Z1 short shifters. Most people really seem to like them,but most of the posts I read were fairly old. Does anyone still have one on there car that they`ve had long term? If so,how well do you like it? Is it as smooth and easy to engage as the stock shifter? I`m strongly considering ordering one from them. I also read on the net someplace that a solid metal shifter bracket (all metal without the rubber part) was in the works. Are those being made now,and if so,where do you get them?
