Message	Engine parts are missing? that can't be good. If it was impounded and that clean I have to wonder. When people pull engine parts almost *NO ONE will make sure intakes/intercoolers/etc is covered/seales and protected. (pickers can be thoughtless) OR maybe the owner couldn't get it running and knew it was going to be towed so he pulled off whatever he thought was valuable before it was taken. In any case, aesthetically pleasing for sure!
