Message	Since when is it a bad idea to swap leases? Being a second guarantor isnt guaranteed on all lease swaps, furthermore its safer than youre implying. Insurance kicks in for much of whats owed, and the new lessee is ALWAYS the new primary guarantor. Thats why credit is checked, and having proper credit means they will be chased down forever till the original lessee even hears about anything.
