Message	Sure you have ARC BOV's and they hold 20psi, but at what psi do you usually hear them "SWOOTSHHH" at? 10, 15psi? I have HKS SSQ which are a PULL type and can get them to go off in neutral revving, and as low as 2-3 psi under load. If you've adjusted them (if that's possible with yours), then it sounds to me like you have them way too tight.
