Message confirmed by my A'pex-i AVC-R. I'd have to goose the throttle several times to get the turbos spooled fast enough to produce that much, but with responsive turbos and a free-flowing exhaust, some boost can be made. I almost wish I had gotten videos of it.

It's still dumb to want your car to boost in neutral, though... what's the point? I just happened to notice one day that mine could make a little bit.

Sounds to me like this guy wants to cruise around his neighborhood annoying people with his blow off valves. Disappointing, to say the least.
