Message	is the low light capabilities. In very low light, shooting at high ISOs the camera produces very very little noise. This is due to the sensor being bigger and capturing more information per pixel. Both the D300 and the D90 are not very good at this. Not pro level anyway. I found the quality of the images to be the same on both the D90 and the D300.
