If you are worried about temps there are obvious items you can purchase to help. Check "cooling" on any of the sponsor vendor sites who advertise here. You can also use Redline Water Wetter which does actually work.
With that said, the temps you listed are not abnormal. If you see it climbing beyond 240 then something is of concern. If in the middle of the summer with the A/C pumping and in stop and go traffic...seeing your car climb above 200 and creeping into the 220's is what I would call normal with stock setup.
