Message	Vehicles will become GROSSLY unsafe. Honestly,... the only *REAL* question here is: "Why was the *STATE* and not the owner paying for inspections?" Sure, some mechanics try to soak people,.. but if people treat their cars like their own health they won't get it looked at until something breaks. Way to go NJ.
