Message	My DD is a 95 Accord with 260k miles on it. You have the choice to not do business with them and they have the choice to have that policy. When you choose to not buy there because of that, they have to understand the loss of a sale is part of their practice. It could also be due to disruption of markets. What if they wholesale that cap to a large number of customers in the area? Wholesale business might cover more than just a once a year sale.
