You see, he mentioned the sleeve because there is a sleeve that goes through both of them that the bolt for the linkage. *IF it were currently installed you would take the sleeve out, the poke them from inside with a screwdriver. (Through one, then putting the flathead's edge on the inner cylinder wall edge of the other bushing.) Should be relatively easy. Hell, even if you break them, who cares? You *are replacing them with Brass right? afaik, the brass are "press-in", so you might not be able to do it at home, not without a really, really good tip.
