Message I disagree with my TT brothren that NA upgrades aren't worthwhile. NA upgrade stages are located here. Increases in performance due to the ECU, intake, and exhaust are certainly noticeable, however they are completely overshadowed compared to any upgrades in a TT. But a TT is about $2,500 more expensive a car to start with and the maitenance is slightly more expensive as well.

Over time you'll spend thousands in maintenance and mods regardless if you mod the NA or TT. If you can afford the extra $2,500 up front, $200/yr in maintenance, and the higher risk due to the increased complexity of the TT, then by all means make a clean break, sell the NA, buy a TT, and don't waste your time with NA mods. If you can't then I believe a quick and reliable NA is better than any TT garage queen.

Larger injectors on the NA is an absolute waste.
