Iraq was never a mover and shaker in the oil market, and never will be because they'd just fall under whatever production limits OPEC dictates at the time. When I was in Iraq I saw far more bootleg dvds than anything else, maybe its a war all about skirting $20 DVD prices in the US to greedily grab up all the $1 dvds?? Put the kool-aid down
