Yeah #1 and #3 are easy. About the wheels: They're closest to OZ Futuras, but since there's no markings, they're probably knockoffs. Also have an odd hub design, and clearly missing the caps. Are they 2-piece or 3-piece? The Arrow Enterprise Co. (from the rivets) manufacturers Black Racing and Gewalt wheels, but I don't think they made anything like those gold wheels in the past. Those pieces of hardware were probably replaced at some point. The ones vorpalZ posted are also very close to Sterns, but yeah, too flat. I think since these have more curve to the face, and all the other similar wheels are flatter, I think it's a good indication that these are just no-name knockoffs. Still cool, since they're obviously "rare," IMO.
