Message Thanks Wes.Now the real question for the "fan club" I created for myself last week is simple.

Should I have to pay the thousands of dollars I just paid to have this work done by a reputable repair shop twice?

Well that is the position I have been put in today. Funny, NO ONE who posted some supportive comments for (we know who) called me for my long distance record which showed CLEARLY my 20 calls to the "shop from 5-9-01 through 6-13-01 when I said enough is enough. No more unanswered calls. @0 calls is a slight bit different than the owners last and ONLY reply claiming I had only called twice over the month after getting my car and he was unaware of my problems.
WELL, hope fully by now they are all good and aware as I will push forward ONLY to get credit for what I had to re-do.

So to all of the people who could not understand why I brought my problems to the forum, it is simple.

Maybe some attention would motivate a company when they do not seem to respond to your phone calls/emails/faxes( which I started doing after the companies ONLY response.

It just blows my mind that a few people just did not understand how simple this would have been to be resolved.

For any of those who are curious, there has been no response at all.

If and when it occurrs, I can only trust that it will be an apology followed by a willingness to return the credit to my Visa I have now had to extend twice for duplicated work.

Again, thanks WES, maybe some of these people will be a tad bit more understanding with receipts and damaged parts I have in my hand.
Oh yes, I have offered the "damaged cores" and stock throttle plates back to the previous company. No takers yet.

Probably not much value or interest if I were to post those for sale do you think???

Well there was definitely NO FREAKING interest to have this incorrect plates and damaged cores in my recently rebuilt car I waited patiently to get done for now at 8 months.
I hope all understand. My dispute will take upwards of 50 days. Thanks again Wes (I know your pain)
